Agreement to Terms

By using Cartizo Innovation's apps and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of our platforms.

Use of Our Services

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to harm the platform or any of its users.

Accounts

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity performed under your account
• Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date

Each of our apps may have additional terms — please read them carefully within the respective application.

Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave or other authorised payment partners.

• All purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Refunds are subject to the specific product or service policy
• We do not store card or sensitive payment information

Lucky Round Game

• Contributions are non-refundable once a round has closed
• Winners are selected through a random, auditable process
• Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension

Seller Responsibilities

For apps such as Zedos or the Agriculture Marketplace, sellers must:

• Provide accurate and complete product or service listings
• Avoid listing prohibited, counterfeit, or fraudulent items
• Fulfil orders and deliver products as described

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting it, you grant Cartizo Innovation a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving our applications.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cartizo Innovation is not liable for:

• Failures or outages of third-party services
• Delivery delays outside our control
• Disputes arising between platform users
• Losses resulting from user error or misuse

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Intellectual Property

All app designs, source code, branding, trademarks, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of Cartizo Innovation and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
