1. Agreement to Terms

By using Cartizo Innovation’s apps and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Use of Our Services

You must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate account information
• Follow applicable laws

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the platform.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Your account security
• All activity performed under your account
• Updating personal information
• You will find terms & Conditions within each app, please read them carefully.

4. Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave or other payment partners.

Important:

• All purchases are final unless specified otherwise
• Refunds depend on the product or service type
• We do not store card information

Lucky Round Game

• Contributions are non-refundable once a round closes
• Winners are selected randomly
• Fraud = account suspension

5. Seller Responsibilities

For apps like Zedos or the Agriculture App, sellers must:

• Provide accurate listings
• Avoid prohibited or fraudulent items
• Deliver products as described

6. User Content

You own your content, but grant us a license to store and display it for app functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cartizo Innovation is not liable for:

• Third-party service failures
• Delivery delays
• Disputes between users
• Losses from user mistakes

8. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All app designs, code, branding, and content belong to Cartizo Innovation.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates apply immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
